Return Policy:

With our 45,000 sq. ft. facility Gadget Liquidator takes great pride in delivering superior quality products to our end users. Each product goes through a process of being inspected, tested, and fully updated before being classified and listed for purchase. If you feel you've received a defective product, please follow the instructions below. If the product, once inspected, is classified as defective you will receive a refund or exchange where applicable. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If your return is found to be in working condition a 15% restock fee may be deducted from your return. All returned products must be in the ORIGINAL condition and contain all of the original accessories.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Log into your My Account page to request an RMA or email our customer service team at support@gadgetliquidator.com. All returns without an RMA will be denied.

Returns are usually processed within two business days. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund/exchange.

Damaged or Missing packages:

If you received a damaged package or if the package is missing, please notify Gadget Liquidator within 7 business days of delivery. A claim will be filed with the appropriate carrier. Once the claim has been investigated, Gadget Liquidator will make the decision to refund or issue a replacement order. Please email our customer service team support@gadgetliquidator.com

Missing accessories or wrong item received:

If you received the wrong item or if accessories are missing from your order, Gadget Liquidator must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email our dedicated customer service team at support@gadgetliquidator.com.

You ordered the wrong item:

A 15% restock fee will be issued to your refund.

Policy Changes:

Gadget Liquidator reserves the right to make changes to the return policy at any time without notice.
